Today marks the end of a chapter in my life and to tell you the truth, endings are rough, and sometimes, even more often, it is harsh. Luckily, I got to choose how and when it would end. I am now ready but come to think of it, beginnings are also challenging and yet exciting. In life, you choose your own path; you choose what and where you want to be.

During my flight to Washington from Doha, a father complaining that his son wasn’t satisfied with our food. He said he loves our company for the past 14 years but got disappointed on this particular flight. He doesn’t speak great English and it seemed to me that he was a Bulgarian. He kept on talking about his flight from Sofia to Doha to US.

Workcation.That’s what I do. I work for a number of odd hours yet I’d be on leisure after. I have been to places that some may just dream of or even be part of their bucketlist.I started with one and it just became a habit everytime I get to experience a new thing, a new place, a memory to keep knowing that it could be the first & last.

I was starting to outgrow the year as it started cold for me. I can definitely say 2018 was not the year for me, or at that moment I thought it was.
This was the year I trialed faith in my humanity, even lost it;
The year I severed my ties with people, and lost relationships with them;
The year I cried my heart the most, and kept it from my own soul;
The year I tried to save what was left for me to save, but lost and fell victim;
