There are two types of airline passengers, the nice ones and the not-so-nice ones. Flight attendants are pretty much aware of this as they are trained to handle different types of passenger personalities. Every passenger may have a different story, and this include going through tough times. Nevertheless, it is no excuse for us to maltreat those people serving us like flight attendants.

It was a normal duty day for Philippine Airlines flight attendant Mae Anne Manipud. She was one of the cabin crew on board a Philippine Airlines flight taking them Auckland, New Zealand to Manila, Philippines. During boarding, Mae assisted an 84-year old senior citizen who was travelling alone, Nanay Erlinda. The flight attendant shared a short conversation with Nanay Erlinda. Mae described Nanay Erlinda as a happy person.
Thomas Cook Airlines took its last commercial flight last September 23 after the airline declared bankruptcy. After it ceased operations, this left more than 150,000 Thomas Cook passengers stranded from different areas. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) organized a repatriation effort called Project Matterhorn to bring home all stranded passengers. Thomas Cook also took part in the repatriation efforts, calling for volunteer pilots and cabin crew.
A passenger shared his experience aboard a VietJet flight where flight attendants were able to stop an alleged attempt to steal his bag. The passenger named Jocen Villongco on his Facebook account warned everyone about alleged thieves on board the aircraft. A Chinese man was caught attempting to steal his bag when he shouted for help. The flight attendants were able to retrieve Villongco's belongings.
Flight attendants of a certain airline now have a new way getting passengers to obey all safety rules, and to behave in the aircraft. Instead of confronting passengers disobeying rules, they award passengers who obey rules and who have been pleasant throughout the flight! In a Facebook post by Michael James Schnieder, it says "I won best passenger award 2019."

Cabin crew members are trained to give themselves to others selflessly, without expecting anything in return. Indeed, service for others is the highest form of honor one can give to this world and flight attendants are trained exactly for that to the point that they carry this trait even outside the aircraft in their daily lives. Little did this Philippine Airlines flight steward realize that his little random act of kindness will go a long long way one day.
A mystery flight attendant suddenly became viral on social media after she was seen remaining calm not minding what was going around her while a couple quarrels on an issue we have no idea about. In the video taken by Tapiro, a couple were fighting at what seems to be in an airport. The video owner describes it as an issue which concerns the guy getting caught cheating by his wife.
