We have read a lot of stories about present flight attendants who have endured a tough journey towards their dreams. Many of them have experienced 15 or more rejections or turn downs but here they are now, flying. One things that propelled them to victory is their burning desire to be a flight attendant, and to do that, just having the burning desire is not enough.
Before and up to now for some, we all loved or still love video games. When we play them, we all want to win, but winning on the first shot is close to impossible. Yes you may pass the first stage but as you move along, it gets harder and harder. Yet despite getting killed in the middle, we play again. We change strategies. We learn what to do and what not to do.
It is almost the same thing when pursuing the desire to be a cabin crew, sans the physical requirements and other vital requirements needed for the job. Having that burning desire, wanting to be a flight attendant badly all depends on you and how you respond to every situation that comes your way during that journey. Wanting to be a cabin crew badly is not just about dreaming hard about it every night. If you want it that bad, you are willing to make sacrifices, you are willing to adopt to change, you are willing to educate yourself about the job of a flight attendant, and most of all, you must have a clear purpose why you want to be a cabin crew. Just like in a video game, if you want to beat the boss badly, you will have to learn and adapt new strategies in order to get there and kill it.
At the end of the day, your desire to become a cabin crew all depends on you. Just ambitioning to be one without accepting change and adapting to it is not bad enough. It is too shallow. Example, we all do know that to be a flight attendant, your weight must be proportionate to height. If we are overweight, then we should be willing to do all to lose weight even if it would entail a lot of sacrifice in order to become a cabin crew. Your will to adapt to change must be that intense. But if you want to be a cabin crew but you are not willing to sacrifice to adapt to the requirements and qualifications, then that means you don't really want it that bad.
Always remember that your desire to become a cabin crew all depends on you. If your desire to be a cabin crew is as bad as your desire to always breath, then you will win.
